AutoNation Nissan Miami
Dealership Sales Review
I bought a Lexus CT200 h from AutoNation Miami. The salesman was Adrian and I would highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable, forthright, and ensured that all my questions were answered. I also paid a very fair price for the car and really liked that they have a one price policy (no bargaining, which was great...you pay the sticker price on the car). The dealership has a 5 day 250 mile warranty and that was advertised for this car on the ad. The dealership tried to not give me this but ended up doing it because it is listed on the ad for this car (weird). Also, each car is said to undergo a 32 point inspection. I wanted to know what points were checked and no one could tell me (not even the sales manager). This was also weird, seems like a common question and makes me wonder if they check anything. Lastly, I put a deposit on the car and committed to buying it. The dealership called me back and said that they had a lot of other interest in the car and if I didn't pay in full, they would not honor the deposit. Also very weird. I would highly recommend the salesman and the dealership for forthright and honest pricing. I am otherwise hesitant to recommend them for the other interactions listed above.
