AutoNation Honda Hollywood

I decided to try this location as opposed to the Hollywood location, mainly due to the poor service recieved in Hollywood, where I experienced staff with attitude problems, chipped the paint on a door handle and they denied it, over pressurised tyres (alarm went off within 2 mins of leaving the facility, and found all 4 tyres to be 10 PSI over the recommended 34PSI) and the excess time taken as opposed to what was origanally estimated. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appointment, and was greeted by service manager Mario Betancur, who was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was completed well within the 1.5 hrs he'd estimated. I'll be using this location for future service work.
