Visor change went well

onI was very happy with the service I received on Tuesday. Matthew was the agent who took care of my case. I think there was an unnecessary step. I phoned the week before to get two visors for the Honda Civic and was told to come in. It turns out the first meeting was to evaluate my needs and I had to return on the 26th for the installation of the sun visors. Why couldn't I have been told over the phone the price and when to return to have the work done instead of coming there for no real work? It would have been easier. However, the work, as usual, was efficiently and professionally done. It seems like I made an extra trip.
