I reached out to Mercedes-Benz of Delray regarding a BMW M850i, and at first, my experience was promising. Joe Giordano responded promptly and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which I appreciated. However, when I sent him my proposed offer, instead of professionally accepting or declining it, he simply stopped responding altogether. This sudden lack of communication significantly altered my impression of the dealership. A professional approach—whether accepting or countering an offer—is the bare minimum in customer service, especially when dealing with high-value purchases. Unfortunately, this interaction suggested their sales team doesn’t prioritize customer experience, leaving me disappointed. Based on this, I would be hesitant to do business with them and would advise others to approach with caution.
