STAY AWAY!

I bought a car from this dealership on September 5th and I COULD NOT BE MORE SORRY. What a huge mistake! They overcharged me at closing by almost $1,400. I only found out about this mistake (or was it intentional?) because they sent me a check 7 weeks later. I really could have used that money during all of that time because I had NO WORKING CAR. The car they sold me broke down on day 5 of my ownership and I have NOT seen it since! I could have used that money to pay for the 2 tow trucks I had to hire, or for a rental car that I need but cannot afford. Nearly 2 months after the breakdown, I still don’t know what is wrong with the car or when they might even be able to tell me what is wrong. The dealership doing the repairs needs a part before they can do the diagnostics, and that part did not arrive when it was supposed to about three weeks ago. There is no new ETA for the part. As a result, I have no idea when or if the car will be drivable again! Yes, the repairs are supposed to be covered by the warranty included at purchase. Yes, this abysmal dealership finally reimbursed me for the $200 deductible I will have to pay if the repair is ever completed. But that payment only happened after about six weeks of ignored emails and unreturned phone calls, pleading for help. Mr. Joseph Taylor was particularly skilled in the art of making excuses, often blaming his own lack of action on a manager being out of the office time and time again. It was absolutely infuriating how naturally this dealership decided that it would try to ignore me. They made zero effort to stand behind the sale they just made to me. It sure feels like the minute I drove off their lot, they felt they were done with me forever. They could have helped in many ways, but they did not. They have treated me to some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I see no signs that they care at all about it my impression. And remember, the decision to ignore me came AFTER overcharging me at closing. My advice is STAY AWAY from this dealership no matter what! They will overcharge you for a car that breaks down after only 5 days, and then ignore your pleas for help. That’s exactly what they did to me. And I’m quite confident that I am NOT their only dissatisfied customer. DON’T LET YOURSELF BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.
