Hoffman Honda

I have always been skeptical of dealers, especially large ones. Always trying to upsell and not supportive after the sale. I bought this 2005 low mileage Civic from them for a fair price. They were honest and fair in dealing. As with any use cars, things can go wrong. They offered a decent warrenty 3 months/3000 miles. About 1000 miles in, the engine light came on. They took care of everything and were absolutely perfect to deal with. Turned out to be the throttle position sensor. Great communication, didn't try to upsell me other things and even took care of the recent airbag recall even though I hadn't recieved the notice yet. Now I don't need to bring it back. Don't be scared that Hoffman is a big dealership. They treat you like a small car dealer and treat you like you are an important customer to them. I bought a used Civic and feel like I was treated the same as the person who bought the most expensive car on the lot.
