Mr Shaker did reach out to me and apologize for missing my emails as they were dealing with a global auto deal network outage. Modern Mazda conferred with Mazda corporate about extending roadside assistance or providing some kind of credit for future issues. I brought the vehicle back in for the 4th time for additional diagnostics and this time it was determined that the liftgate module and right side power motor for the liftgate were not within specifications and were replaced. Mazda corporate and Modern replaced these parts as a good will gesture. Here’s hoping that this solves the problem of intermittent battery issues. ******************************************************************************************************
