Just days after the White House announced sweeping tariffs across the globe, I accelerated my search for a new Mazda CX-5. Zach Fox of Modern Mazda in Thomaston, CT literally answered the call and remained responsive over the course of my two-week search. By comparison, other sales associates at two other Mazda dealers rarely took the time to respond since their apparent focus was on walk-in customers. But not Zach.
