Laura is great! She is personable and will go the extra mile to ensure you are getting the right service needed. This weekend, I discovered a nail in my tire and brought it in. Laura remembered that I work in SF and that my schedule is pretty intense. Without me even having to ask, Laura was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle as it took a few days for the new tire to come in. At the same time of getting the tire we looked into any additional services needed. She provided quotes and walked me through what is a need to do vs what can be done a bit later. That being said, Laura saved me some time as I had a few additional services done in addition to getting the tire.
