BMW of Roseville

In the end it was a great experience buying a car from Roseville BMW. I ordered my BMW M440 in September 2023 and was told to expect it in 3 to 4 months. I heard nothing from the salesman for 3 months so in December I called to find out when to expect my car no one knew and a production date was not available. Turns out my salesman had quit after I ordered the car. Tyler was assigned as my new contact and things got much better after that. He set me up with a website that allowed me to track the progress of my car from the ground up to completion, shipment and arrival at the dealership. The purchase and delivery was relaxed, comfortable and smooth. I was able to purchase the car at very fair price and the sales manager Bob helped me get a $1000 credit from BMW that I would have missed out on with out his advice. I expect to keep and enjoy this car for many years. When I’m next in the market for a car Roseville BMW is going to be my first stop for those of you reading this review it should be your first stop too!!
