Painless EV recall
by F3LZGUD guy on 06/16/2026Took my wife’s eTron for a camera recall. Titan Hsieh was the service advisor that helped me. The recall was done the same day and they even did a complementary vehicle inspection and wash. I purchased my Audi at a different store but after… poor customer service I switched to Ontario Audi and they have always been very helpful. I have now been a service customer of theirs for 3 years and will continue for years to come. Thanks Ontario Audi 👍🏼S6 annual service

I’ve had my S6 for 8 years now and they have consistently done great work for whatever has been needed over that time. Diana has been my service advisor for… years now and I can honestly say she goes out of her way to do her best for the customer. It’s rare these days. Awesome Service Tech

She is awesome in all aspects, knowledgable, communicative, responsible, respectful, pleaseant and polite. I really liked the… texting feature she has available. I also liked the connection to the online app to see the multi-point inspection findings of other recommended services. It even shows you a video of the issues. You can approve or deny the other services directly through the app. Then you get a prompt text of when your vehicle is ready to go. I will definetily continue to schedule my future vehicle services with Dani Paiz. Thank you.Javier, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this positive review!
