She was very patient especially when I went in having no specific car in mind. When I finally found the Perfect car with all the bells and… whistles she was able to work the best deal. Our sales person (Jack Ryan!) greeted us promptly, listened to what we were looking for & found it, allowed us to have our "space" (super important to us because we prefer to not have the… sales person looking over our shoulders and being pushy, neither of which anyone at Audi Ontario was). Everything went so smoothly that we were in & out, with our new car, in just shy of 2 hours. It was amazing and we would purchase from the dealership again!Thank you for your positive review! The vehicle had to go through inspection and service, but Jon kept me up to date. In the meantime, he walked me… through the sells transaction. By the time the vehicle was ready, I knew my loan terms. When I arrived to the dealership, the vehicle was inside the showroom, ready to be test driven. That was a nice touch. I inquired and communicated with 8 Audi dealerships from San Diego to LA and Audi Ontario stood… apart. Inventory, showroom, communication, transparency (which was the most popular word with all the Audi salespeople that i talked to throughout all 8 dealerships. However, Shawn followed the word with actions. I should have started with Audi Ontario.
