Great experience overall

I brought my wife's X5 for service and all of the service personnel was very courteous and friendly throughout the service process. They offer coffee and water for the customers and the waiting area is comfortable. I however, would only suggest they add more options at the waiting area. Like tea, snack machine, soda machine and donuts.
