Bad!!!!

onI’ve been going to Jim click for 15 years.. bought several cars from them. Took my car in for its regular service everything checked out I paid for new filter and they checked my radio for recall. 3 days later me and my kids went on vacation in parking lot car went completely dead. Called only to be told it would be a month till they could even look at it. Ok a single mom with no car for a month.. crazy so I had my car jumped and went bought new battery because they stated the battery warranty went out 5 months prior.. yea what do you know bought battery now radio sound is going higher and lower. Trying to get a hold of someone is like trying to pull teeth
