Doesn't even deserve one star. RUN.

onIF you can get someone on the phone you're luckier than most. We have tried for days. I see from other reviews that some unlucky soul did take his car in, they ghosted him immediately. I don't think JC's service department know a phone is for answering. But seeing other peeps' experience I'm glad we dodged that bullet. Trust me. RUN. Some guy at a circle K can probably give you better service.
