Pre scheduled my oil change, and I got right in when I arrived. Met with my Service Advisor Rachel, who was great. We went over the services due, extras that were available if I wanted, but no pressure to purchase, and the service was great. I got a video of the vehicle inspection with updates on all fluids and was even alerted to a pretty big hazard with one of my tires. Overall a great experience.
