Run flat tire

In the middle of running errands one of our front tires was suddenly at 1 psi. We maneuvered across town to the BMW dealer. There, on short notice with no appointment, Cindy immediately took control. She quickly arranged to have the tire inspected and unfortunately advised us that our expensive run flat tire was done running. Cindy, then efficiently arranged for the tire to be repaired, but advised it would not be ready for pick up until Saturday morning. Throughout the experience, Cindy was professional and efficient. It was a pleasure for us to be served by her.
