Dealership Service Review
I happened to be at a campground with my wife in the Tucson area, and realized my 22 BMW X5 had a flat. I called Tucson BMW, and was directed to talk to Parts. I got ahold of Steve, and he let me know they had the tire, and he personally went to service for me to see when it was a good time to come...(This was on a Saturday - and Steve was 'great' taking the time to check on times, etc to come in) When I got there, I had the pleasure of working with Tyson Kessler.... He was incredible, and truly the best Service Advisor I have every dealt with (BTW, this is my 6th BMW, so I have a bit of experience with Service Advisor's) He showed me around, got not only my tire replaced, but for some reason the check engine light was on... Got both taken care of and I was on my way in a freshly washed X5... I wish I lived closer to Tucson, as I would be buying, and servicing my BMW there. Steve, Tyson, appreciate both of you..!
