Had a flat tire Thursday afternoon. Called service thru Salesperson Juan. Never got a call back. Called Friday morning and got service who put me through to roadside assistance who were terrible. Car not picked up by tow truck until after 7 pm that night. Heard nothing Saturday but got a call from service first thing Monday morning Car would be ready that afternoon. Got a call later on that car was going through the car was and we could pick up. Arrived at dealership an hour later but car had not been washed yet. Next in line! 30 minutes later we got car. Everyone was very polite and courteous but timing sucked
