Dealership Service Review
I brought car in for PCV valve recall and asked for an inspection of it. Dealer confirmed my suspicion that I needed brake fluid flush. I also asked for brake inspection that revealed I do not need to replace by brake pads at this time and they also reported the amount of brake life remaining. While I waited for service, the technician texted me a link to watch his narrated inspection via video. Absolutely the best method I have ever experienced. Dealer did not try to sell me anything I did not need. At check out, service advisor searched for any discounts the dealer was offering for a brake fluid flush, found a discount and applied it. This is the first time I have ever experienced a dealership taking my interest over theirs. While waiting for service to be completed I needed some specifications on size of brake rotors that the parts department diligently provided. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and will share this with all who will listen.
