Traveling and needed emergency service

My car broke down and could not steer, BMW Tucson had me flatbed tow it to them. I worked with Tyson in service and Ryan received my car. I was stuck in Tucson until I could get my car fixed. They diagnosed my carb by end of next day and had my car fixed two days later after ordering the part. Tyson and Ryan in service were excellent in communicating with me. Their outstanding service and professionalism made me feel relieved in what was a stressful situation. Thank you!
