onWas having trouble with the front end of my 2016 BMW X5; it was making a very loud noise when I turned the steering wheel. BMW Tucson expedited my service request in order to determine the severity of the issue. When it became apparent it would take longer than a day to repair, they provided me with a loaner vehicle. The service was completed by the following day as promised.
