Everyone was friendly and professional, from the initial telephone call to set up the appointment through completion of the service call. Service adviser (Curtis) very friendly and knowledgeable. Have been coming here for service since Pontiac went out of business and I had to have my Grand Am serviced. Was so please with dealership overall that when the Pontiac gave up the ghost I came to Courtesy and traded it on a new Chevy Cruze. Very pleased with your entire dealership.
