Please show some respect to a loyal customer

onI have purchased my last two trucks here, along with sending friends to purchase vehicles from this dealership and have always been pleased with the professionalism. However, my vehicle has been at this service shop for 7 days now with with no diagnosis. Both simple issues have service bulletins on those exact issues which I provided printed copies to the service advisor at handoff. We have left messages for the service manager for 2 days in a row politely asking for a call back and no such courtesy given. Come on Courtesy Chevrolet, please show some respect to a loyal customer.

The dealership has reached back out to me and took care of my concerns. Edmonds website does not allow you to modify your review so am posting an update. Thanks Courtesy Chevy for stepping up to the plate and working with me. Its greatly appreciated.
