Dealership Service Review
We bought 2023 traverse in January this year, from day one we had a tire that had a slow leak. We took it in for service all they did was top it off. I’d service it up while on a trip to Nebraska, had it looked at in Oklahoma and they couldn’t find any thing. Got back to Phoenix and went in for oil change and tire rotation, still no leak found, went to Big O they took off the wheel and checked it out, reseated the bead and replaced the valve core, still leaks need to top off every other day. Went back to courtesy service told my wife 2 hours, 4 hours later while she patiently waited she got tired and asked how much longer. Finally got the car back service said couldn’t find a leak and told her she should probably go buy a new tire. At this point we don’t know if it’s the tire or defective wheel and why should we have to buy a tire out of our pocket when we purchase the vehicle new with a defect since day one.
