Dealership Service Review
I was told that the appt. would take one day. Unfortunately, the in-stock spark plugs were bad and needed to be shipped from Nevada next day. That was fine except the vehicle was to be done by 3pm and wasn't until 4pm. I HAD to be out of there no later than 3:45pm to pickup a kid. I can't understand why it would take 2 days for an oil change, new tires and tune-up. I can only think that they didn't do any work until those spark plugs arrived which is nuts. Why not do the oil change and tires the first day? Finally, there was a huge bird poo on the windshield and as I left (no car wash) the porter stopped me to wipe off the service numbers from the windshield but not the poo. I was incredulous. What has happened to the Service industry?
