onPersonally met by service advisor Matt and addressed by first name everthough we had never met (He did his research and knew who I was by the car I arrived in). Patrick Lavis (BMW Genius) greeted me and asked if he could assist with any features as well as my salesman (Chris Pratt) and business manager (Glenn Cousineau) greeting me and and showing new products. In the short time it took for my routine 10000 maintenance I enjoyed beverages and food in lux comfort and browsed the showroom, which represented just about every model line, selecting (in my head anyway) my next BMW!
