Not as advertised
Overall the car isn't horrible. Interior is nice enough. The the exterior doesn't look bad in my opinion. The handling isn't great but it does have good acceleration. Here's the reason for a 2 star rating. It's the advertised range. Chevy says it gets 247 miles per charge. I've had the car for a year and barely get 220 miles from a charge. AC off, heater off, driving on flat freeways doing 65mph using cruise control, doesn't matter. I don't get the range chevy said I would get. I'm pretty happy with it in general, but I can't give it better than 2 stars due to the range issue. Chevy needs to fix the range or change their advertising.
Great entry level EV that meet your everyday need.
Purchased a lightly used one for $20k a month ago, amazing value! This little car fits the need for everyday commute and even any 1hr single trip out of town without charging. The DC charging is the main downside, but once you set your expectation straight, then this is the best first EV to get used to charging life. Who needs another boring Model3/Y when this gets 4-4.3miles/kWh in city/expressway and 3-3.3miles/kWhs doing 70MPH on freeway. It's zippy, got tons of features and all the wonderful physically button, unlike the silly all touch screen that honestly risk driving safety! There are more room than you expected out of this little car, except it won't haul bunch of luggage, again expectation. If you can find a good deal on unsold stock or lightly used one, go for it and you won't regret.

Liked it so much, bought another one!
Roomy interior, simple driver controls, range and decent looks sold me the first time. Had our Redline addition for 3 months then bought a regular 2LT last weekend for my kid to commute to college. These are fantastic commuter cars. I will say the fast charging, if needed, is slower than others at just 55kwh but, it's doable. Can't wait for Tesla supercharger access.

I love this car
This is my first electric car. This car is loaded with accessories…some that my Cadillac XT5 doesn’t have. It’s quick, easy and fun to drive and roomy on the inside. The one pedal driving is so pleasurable. Chevy installed the 240 plug in my garage free of charge. An electric car works great for local driving when you can charge at home. This car is an incredible value even before the $7500 rebate.

A Driving Experience Like No Other!
Once you take this EV for a test drive, you will be so impressed with its quiet, yet responsive ride that you will feel yourself being lured into buying it by your subconscious. It is fun to drive and the instrumentation layout is the best and most sophisticated I have ever seen. When I compared the interior of this vehicle against all of its competition, there is no question in my mind that this EV is the clear winner. Just see for yourself. You can even pull this vehicle straight into your driveway going forward for easy plug-in charging instead of always struggling to back it in like some other famous brand. The EUV size is perfect, not too big nor too small. Follow-up review 6 months later - I wouldn't change anything from my original review. It is still applicable in every way. No major issues have arisen and I am still very excited about this vehicle as I initially was. I did disable the heated steering wheel feature by pulling the fuse as it got too hot for me in this warmer climate part of the country where I have no use for it. I am sure those who live in colder climates could appreciate that feature so it is good for them. Surprisingly, the tires are wearing just fine and seem to only show normal wear that would be expected from any of the cars I have driven despite the heavier weight of this vehicle. I have heard that other EV manufacturers who use low-profile tires on their vehicles are having abnormal wear problems with their tires that is disconcerting to their owners, but happily I can say, no such issue has happened with this vehicle from my experience. The quality of this product is amazing!
