2023 Audi e-tron Premium Plus 4dr SUV AWD (electric DD)
Not my first EV, but if it was, it would be my last. The critical reviews are correct. It is a lousy electric vehicle. It is a very nice car. Great fit and finish. Fantastic ride. It just has no range. 220 miles per charge under ideal conditions. I have not even approached the 180 mile range. The charging network in california is robust, but the system that Audi uses is suspect at best. … It is a crap shoot wether or not the charger is online. Then there is the home charging. This is absolutely slow with there 220 mobile chargers. A current recall prohibits charging greater than 50 % speed for now, making the car almost useless. ( think 9 miles per hour charge). As for now it does not matter as our Etron is in the shop on week three for a charging problem.
I love audi, this is my second car with them. They should have stayed out of the EV game.
