  I have a 1995 Chevy Astro that has the middle captains chairs. I was wondering if it's possible to put a bench seat in their place? Thanks, Jim.

  Thanks for your concern.... For your records, there's a known problem with the ABS system on the Astro/Safari vans. There's an official TSB but NO recall. Still amazes me why no formal recall. For details.... Bottom line is... Defector sensor (which needs to be replaced) or the existing sensor is too "rusted up" to work properly... ----------------- ....   my idle on my astro van 1995 is so rough when i am stopped at the light it turns off sometimes and when it is parked it is also very rough, i do not know what to do but when it is moving it is very smooth. can some one please help thank you

  The power windows (left and right) on my 1995 Chevy Astro van stopped working w/o any warning. I replaced the 30 amp circuit breaker but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could try. Thanks

  We have a 1995 chevy astro cowboy conversion van. The sliding door's lock seems to be sticking. We have to double click the power locks on front doors to get it to disengage lock. Any ideas? May have to sell the van with gas prices rising. Great vehicle; tight engine. 18mpg on hwy; not so good in town.
