Does anybody know if my 1991 Buick Century Limited's turn signal switch and front wheel bearing is interchangeable with a 1990 Regal?

I have recently aquired a 1990 buick regal 6 cyl with electric seats and windows. I don't know what if anything has ever been done to this car. I recently bought a 1990 Buick Regal GS. It has two 10 amp fuses for the fuel injection system and one of them has to be pulled out for the car to run. Hey, I have a question, I have a 1990 Buick Regal and it has stopped running bought a new battery and a new alternator it is still not turning over. Won't start at all.
