  The new 2008 A8 is a minor re-style. There isn't a new 2008 A8 on a dealers lot right now. The offical release won't be until November. There's usually no incentives on A8 leases.   I am about to buy a used Audi A8... 07 or 08... miles on the cars have between 18k to 40k.. is there anything i need to be aware of as far as problems and such. I am looking to put at least 100k on this car and want to make sure there isnt anything i need to know about as far as problems. ANy help would be appreciated. Thanks

Audi Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 A8 4.2 with 15,000 miles per year are .00301 and 36%, respectively. the numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2009 A8 are .00048 and 40%.   well i got the car 83,356 msrp for 70,000 and got a simonize paint treatment for 300.00 car is great love the ride. there is room to negotiate for sure. you wont get a betterdeal 2008 probably pay close to sticker audi dealers dont move much at beginning of new model year. edmunds is right this is the car no contest. drove the lexus not impressed. bmw nice but that idrive ...   I have a 2005 A8 with northern blue pearl and the platinum leather. I think the combination is rather bland, and the northern blue looks more like what the rest of the world would call "grey".   I've got both an '06 A8L W12 and an '07 S8. I can tell you from experience that you'll be hard-pressed to find a more equipped vehicle. Yes, I've seen the platimum beige in person, and no, the Website doesn't do it justice, in fact, none of Audi's paint schemes. There is room for negotiations with these cars.   I'm not really interested in the X6. Disappointed with the X5. Won't settle for the M_X. The only HELC listed above that lights my fire is the A8.   I always lease because of the huge deduction on my company or myself, personally. I can write off 100% of the payment, the insurance, the gas, etc. I do have several cars but always treat the Audi as my "business car".   I haven't heard of any more problems than other HELMs, and way less than any 7-Series and S-Class. I am very wary of the 7-Series as I had one that basically imploded.
