Unbelievable atmosphere! You will find people here who LOVE their jobs and it shows. I worked with Brian Casey and he should be used as a motivator and trainer of all new sales associates! He listens and understands, I did not go there to buy a car and yet I did. I was in a bad mood from a visit to another dealer who should send their employees here for training. Brian greeted me and let me walk the lot and as he left reminded me if I had any questions he would be happy to help. Other sales staff follow you around like vultures or great white sharks hunting baby seals. Brian had Ubaldo Rodriguez look at my trade, initially I didn't like the quote, but Ubaldo came back with a counter offer that was fair, so we had a deal. Brian stayed with me through the entire closing process and let me add that the Finance Manager, sorry if I get this wrong - I think it was Trisha, was nothing like you expect, she did NOT push to add on other products, she laid out my options and left me to make a decision. I came in with approval from another bank and they beat that deal. Was I happy? I got the car I wanted and a price that I wanted for my trade and a great interest rate, all from a group of people I never met before Saturday but when I left I felt like I had know them for years. Long story short, if you want a Subaru, don't waste your time at any other dealership (I can tell you I stopped or spoke to over 10 of them in the Chicagoland area) Evergreen Park Subaru is the place you want to shop!
