he sales tactics used are suspect. The people are nice but be wary of their sales tactics as they aren’t transparent as you would think for a Mercedes dealer. Be wary of tom berry and saw manager aj. Do not agree to any alternative options they suggest. Stick to your gut on negotiation as they will use corner lot sales tactics to persuade. For a Mercedes dealer they are not trustworthy. Not worth dealing with them. I wish I would have gone elsewhere but don’t make the same mistake.
