2023 Lexus NX 350h
Called Lexus 800 help line. They had me wait 25 minutes on hold. Then they disconnected me. Called them again at the end of another 25 minutes got Mr Stupidity. He promised to have a tow truck there in 90 MInutes. Four hours later the car was still where it died. Not fun dealing with this while outside the temp was 20 degrees. Also the electronics failed Garage door opener failed. … Voice command system failed. So far we are greatly disappointed with it. At this moment we are sorry about this purchase
