2012 Land Rover LR4
I got the LR4 October 2021 with 103k miles. I had the 100K mile services done and regular oil changes since. I have had 11k trouble free, reliable driving since I have owned the Truck.
Smooth and quiet freeway driving. Zippy and quick on city streets.
Composed and confident on winding mountain roads.
I love driving it!
I did my research before purchasing and the 2012 model year … has the best reliability rating.
October 2023 Update
LR4 now at 122K miles! It has continued to run smooth with no issues. I have had only done oil changes every 5-6K miles to minimize timing chain issues. I did personally replace the MAP sensor at 121K as CEL turned on with code P0106. Although the sensor was faulty the LR4 had no noticeable change in driving performance.
Joined multiple forums and have learned much on preventative maintenance and repairs for common issues. The LR4 is very user friendly for maintenance and repairs for handy individuals who are not mechanics.
I love the LR4! I will keep it until I can no longer drive!
