Absolutely stunning SUV!

2006 Jeep Commander
I picked up a White 06 Commander 5.7 HEMI limited 164K in January 2025 for 3k that replaced my POS 08 Chev suburban 2500. Im loving this jeep more than anything I’ve ever owned prior.
I’ve had to replace the power steering pump, belt, fluid, then front passenger wheel bearing, front CV boot, all seals & bushings in the front differential and fluid. Then a front ball joint. I’m into … repairs $3,350.00 from January 25 to July 25. Do I regret it? No, absolutely not! I’m in love with the looks and handling of this jeep. It’s our recreation vehicle that my wife and I enjoy on the weekends. This jeep will die in our possession.
If you’re looking for handsome looking jeep with sassy character that rides like a dream and you have the cash to keep up with repairs, then I highly recommend the commander!
If you’re looking for a vehicle that you can just jump in and drive without heavy upkeep, and you’re on a tight budget, the commander isn’t for you.
