What a joke

2016 Ford Transit Van
Rented one of these for a bit for work to use for deliveries, so I can't comment on the reliability, but I can't imagine it's good based on the apparent build quality of this van. The power/ handling was fine, but traction in rain / on gravel was terrible. The build quality seemed to be very poor - the outside is covered in plastic trim that is going to fade and look like crap in 2 … years. The seats are like driving from a bar stood - very uncomfortable, the steering column doesn't adjust to a comfortable position, there is very little foot room for the driver's left leg, and I constantly banged my knees on the column climbing in and out. They were too cheap to put an armrest on the passenger seat, and too cheap to put a grab handle on the driver side A pillar. The interior handle for the doors is small - you can't grab it with gloves on. The pull to close the door is balanced wrong (too close to the hinges), so it takes extra effort to close the door. The left driver armrest is slanted downward, so it's useless. Parking brake is on the floor between the seats - why is it taking up cargo area instead of being a 3rd pedal? Shifter is awkwardly placed and blocks the climate control and radio. Only half the front windows open - why??? Rear door hinges and magnets didn't seem strong enough to keep the door open in a gust of wind. Differential and axle had rust on them at 4500 miles. the latches for the rear door have spikes that you can hit your head on climbing in and out. It looks to me light they cut every corner they could on this van to save money.
