2024 Cadillac LYRIQ
We got our 2024 Lyriq in July 2023. Had it a few weeks and started getting error messages about Stabiltrak. The cadillac dealership kept it two weeks and claimed OTA updates would fix the problem, which it did not. About a month later, an additional error message about the rear door latch system needed servicing. Another trip to the dealership and a week to repair that. In november an … error message about servicing the high voltage battery system appeared and yet another trip to the dealership. This time it was there for a month and they replaced the battery pack.
At this point the vehicle is working but we have zero trust in the reliability of the vehicle. We've requested a buy back but have gotten no where with that request.
I echo the sentiment of others, this is the worst vehicle I've ever purchased and is a testament to the poor quality and character of GM. It goes without saying but I will never purchase another GM product and this comes from someone that has owned GM vehicles for over 40 years.
