2022 Tesla Model X 4dr SUV AWD (electric DD)

We recently got our Model X delivered and from first week onwards it started having park brake failure issue. We got it towed twice and still Tesla is not able to fix the problem. They say it is a sensor issue, but have not given us any part number which was replaced.
