The car is ok, unless you have to drive out of town. The service is more than extremely poor. No one ever knows what is going on, no one ever follows up, and no one ever calls you back. EVER. I had to drive my car from Charleston to Savannah (2.5 hours each way) for service. When I bought the car I was promised it would be picked up by them and brought back. That’s a blatant lie. As if … that wasn’t enough, with a full charge, my model X claims that I can drive it 370 miles. I’m getting 245. Another lie. Delivery Process was the worst ever.
