2021 Ram 3500 Big Horn 4dr Crew Cab 4WD LB (6.4L 8cyl 8A)
We have been loyal Ram owners for years.We are so disappointed in these newer trucks. I have a 2021 Ram 3500 with 90,000 miles in the shop getting the tyranny fixed. There is 0 customer service when trying to get a rental. They have done nothing but try and get out of helping us. Dodge used to take care of thier customers but it looks like they just want to charge more for thier trucks … but the customer just gets nickle and dimed to death.
