2023 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl Turbo 10A)
I ordered 2023 Lincoln Navigator Reserve L for my fleet in early September 2022. The car was delivered to us on January 3rd 2023. It is a second Navigator in our fleet as we own 2020 with same trim and we love it.
By January 5th I drove the car for bout 280 miles and went to the airport for client pick up. turned off the car and when client was ready I was trying to start the car. I … tried every option with help of the dealer and car failed to start with the fab. It started with the Lincoln app but would not go into the gear. I was told by the dealer to tow the car back to them Once at the dealership a Lincoln service foreman and director of service briefly checked my brand new car and couldn't figure out what is wrong with it. I was provided a 2019 loaner from Enterprise (pretty beat up) Initially I was mad than I started to laugh as that's not what do you expect from buying a $105,000 car that lasts less than 300 miles. As of today I am still driving the rental and Im in mercy of local Lincoln dealer when and if they will run deeper diagnostics on my Brand New Car,
I am very disappointed that I waited 4 months for vehicle that I love and it lasted 2 days.
