Just love my new car. Can’t understand complaints at all about the nav system. Or the interface with it. It’s the best! If you’re to dumb to work it and figure out how to set it up go to the dealer and they’ll help you. I have had many vehicles (still own 7) and there is no comparison, much more Aesthetically pleasing than the Dodge Challenger and Lincoln I’ve owned. More functionality too. The only complaint I have at all would be I had to slow down around corners—-handles well, obviously not the same as my GS 350 I traded in. 😁. Believe once engine brakes in, my mileage will even get better.

Outdated tech but reliable!

It is well known that this generation RX 350 (2016-2022) has some out dated tech. But don’t let that stop you from purchasing the car! It’s comfortable, quite, and drives like a dream. It’s meant for cruising and that’s what it does well. I personally prefer the mouse vs touch screen, it’s easy to use once you understand it.. The navigation works as intended but can get a little buggy, still doesn’t bother me enough to not use it. The RX is reliable, top seller in its class, holds its value, and it’s safe. Which are more important to me than the lastest technology. Side note, the Premium package offers just the right amount a luxury features without the large price tag.

I've leased this RX for 3+ years, (extended lease 6 mo) and will buy it Sept '22 ... that's how much I love it!!! The exterior look is beautiful, terrific styling and trim, with the white pearl-escent paint, black and chrome trim and 20" wheels! It has the Premium Package, parchment interior with bamboo trim. The look is beautiful, standing still or on the road! A pleasure to drive locally or on the highway. Plenty of power, excellent handling, very quiet interior and loaded with safety features. All the interior features are outstanding; climate controls, entertainment features, seating and driving comfort AND it has a beautiful appearance, whether parked or while driven on country roads or freeways. I'm going to keep this "white freeway cruiser" for a long time!!!

Things I dislike

Overall like the vehicle. things I dislike are the seats and lack of remote start. I was expecting soft leather seating using my 03 Cadillac STS as a benchmark. Instead the seats are anything but supple. There is a remote start in the vehicle but the only way to activate is through an $80 a year fee so if you keep the vehicle 10 years that’s $800. I would gladly have paid $450 extra for a full time remote start but that is not an option. For a $61,000 vehicle that is ludicrous. Thirdly, you need an engineering degree to get the rear AC vents to work all the time. On automatic it has to sense a warm body in the back seat. Take it off automatic and it is pot luck whether it works all the time or not. I have had two techs sit in the car with me and adjust only to lose the air flow on the second start up. With these three issues, I would probably never buy or lease another lexus. Should have kept my Highlander. Other things I dislike. The heated stirring wheel only heats at 9,3 and 6 o clock instead of the whole wheel. Back seats are not heated as many American brands are. Lincoln aviator is on my horizon. For basically the same money many more bells and whistles.
