2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4 4dr Crew Cab 4WD SB (6.6L 8cyl 10A)
I bought a new 2024 2500HD AT4 on 11/15/23 - loved the truck except for the puddle of coolant it left on my garage floor. Took it to the local dealer who replaced the oil cooler - once home i discovered it was still leaking from the same place. Took it back to the dealer who had to order another oil cooler back on 12/14. I have been waiting since then with no estimated time of when … the part will arrive. I have been without a vehicle for 53 days now and GM Customer Service keeps giving me the runaround. To say the least I am disappointed in the truck but extremely disappointed with GM and in the manner in which this has been handled.
