2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL 4dr SuperCab LB (6.8L 8cyl 10A)
Ordered new 2023. Day after purchase noticed 3 holes in carpet behind drivers seat. was told that is the way they are built. absolutely ridiculous. 10 1/2 months and still not fixed. Paint has imperfections, dents in roof, DIRT in clear coat in many places .Still trying to get ford to fix. Horrible fit of passenger side door. Still not fixed. Plastic trim above drivers door looks like it … was installed with a ball peen hammer. Overall, very poor quality of paint and finish. Even worse customer service by both the dealership and Ford customer service. Worst vehicle I have ever purchased.
