I have been to the dealer countless times for highway vibrations. They've balanced the tires numerous times and ultimately ended up replacing the tires and still no help. Ford Customer Care is a joke. One service advisor at a different dealer said these trucks all have vibrations and his recommendation is to put 1,000 pounds in the bed in order to get the pinion angle to line up.
