Bergstrom Chevrolet of Appleton
Dealership Service Review
While visiting my daughter for the holidays, the TCS and ABS lights and message to service the stabilitrac system came on several times on my 2011 Equinox. Brought the vehicle into Bergstrom Chevrolet for repair and they stated the rear bearings needed replacing. I had them complete the bearing replacement which cost me over $900. When I picked up the car and drove out of the maintenance facility, the lights came back on. They then did a system reset and I drove home with out any fault lights. The next day when backing out of the driveway the lights came on again. So I brought the car back and left it with them for 3 days. They repaired a connector and I drove it about 100 miles when the lights all came back on again. The lights reset but came on again periodically. Finally, I had to return home to Florida and the fault lights reappeared again. So I paid nearly $1000 and still have the same problem, I came to them with. On a positive note, all of the people in the service department were friendly.
