Dick Hannah Volkswagen

We had a nice experience with Steve (Elliott) at the Van Mall Drive Dick Hannah (Volkswagen) dealership (Vancouver, WA). We purchased a 2013 VW Passat around 12/22/12. Steve made the test-drive experience fun and seemed genuinely happy for us when our purchase was successful and completed. Steve was thorough in explaining the features in our new VW Passat (which we love!) and he answered every question we asked, before AND after our deal was done. We appreciated that very much because the VW product is new to us, but we are VERY pleased and happy with this car (we are first time VW owners, but this was our 3rd Dick Hannah deal). We would buy from Dick Hannah/Steve again and will certainly refer our friends to this dealership (and to Steve). It was really a great experience all the way around. Steve & Julie Trad
