Got me in the door with a great lot salesperson, but once I sat in a chair and started filling out paperwork, they had their hooks in me. **Their trade offer for my car was lower than my Edmunds value **They would not budget on the price, even though it was reduced $750 less than 2 weeks earlier **I told them my absolute maximum i could pay (my mistake), and ended up paying $100 more per month **I was nearly out of time and got up to leave when they said "let's try one more angle to get your payments down" - - another 15 minute delay **They finally wore me down and I signed because I second-guessed my own decisions and fell for this trick. **They accidentally kept the $299 anti-theft feature even though they said they would remove it (it was removed on my followup visit) **I had to come back the following week because their "calculations were off" on my lease, and the finance guy remorsefuly warned me that my payment was $30 higher, even after removing anti-theft (another 15 minute delay) **finally got the payment back to the original amount for the first 14 months, then higher after that. I'm afraid to see what they do to me kn my first complimentary service visit
